Academy Villas Progress: Walls have Been Painted
Academy Villas Progress includes Receiving Some Paint.
Academy Villas Progress is continuing with new paint on the outside of the Vivaldi Villa. This happened when the lime was finally washed from the stucco on the outside wall. Workers were thankful that it rained, since they would have had to use more water from hoses were used to accomplish this task. Getting rid of the lime allowed it to be painted. The color is “”Baked Potato”, and it blends well with the landscape and the other buildings in the neighborhood. With the stone-work accents, this is turning into a lovely building. New residents will be able to move into the new building in April. . Happy Holiday Singing
Holiday Fun With Singing. Academy Villagers met with Academy Villas residents to sing Hanukkah and Christmas songs. The singing was led by Academy Villager Leslie Nitzberg. The Villas then presented everyone with a most wonderful luncheon prepared by the Villas staff. Some family members of the Villas residents also attended. A really lovely time!

Progress on Vivaldi Villa
Vivaldi Villa Edging Toward Completion: This photo is of the patio side of the Vivaldi Villa. We are looking forward to the Spring 2017 completion of the Villas assisted living residence at 7700 S. Vivaldi Court.
The Vivaldi Villa will be licensed for three levels of care: personal, supervisory, and directed care. The new vill will accommodate 16 residents in rooms of varying sizes and configuration. Rates are based on room size and level of required care. Check out the discounts.
