Academy Villas Progress includes Receiving Some Paint.
Academy Villas Progress is continuing with new paint on the outside of the Vivaldi Villa. This happened when the lime was finally washed from the stucco on the outside wall. Workers were thankful that it rained, since they would have had to use more water from hoses were used to accomplish this task. Getting rid of the lime allowed it to be painted. The color is “”Baked Potato”, and it blends well with the landscape and the other buildings in the neighborhood. With the stone-work accents, this is turning into a lovely building. New residents will be able to move into the new building in April. .
